At The Drizzle Co., we craft small-batch products with the utmost care using real, premium ingredients. Your satisfaction means the world to us.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on email at care@thedrizzleco.in or on WhatsApp (scan the QR code) with all the 3 things mentioned below:

  • A short unboxing video of the product and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review the claim and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Please note that a replacement or refund is subject entirely to the discretion of our customer management team based on the veracity of your request.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds if you change your mind or if the product does not match individual taste preferences. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Storage & Freshness

Our products are perishable. Please refrigerate at 0–4 °C as soon as your order arrives. Unopened jars stay fresh at least for 30 days refrigerated; once opened, finish within 5 days for the best flavour. We currently deliver only within Bangalore, with orders dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 2–4 days.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven't already been processed or shipped.
